Construction Process

The lifecycle of a construction project typically consists of three phases:

  • The decision to build
  • Planning and design
  • Execution

Each of the three phases is part of a complicated process that involves considerable input from multiple parties (e.g., architects, contractors and engineers).

The successful completion of a construction project requires all parties to bring all elements together in a fast and accurate manner. Completing a project on time and within budget is critical in determining a projects profitability.

Accordingly, a construction project is best supported by a transparent process with robust cost-control measures in place.
